ALL PIERCING SERVICES ARE BY APPOINTMENT ONLY.
This includes new piercings, jewelry changes, jewelry sales, consultations and troubleshooting. You can see availability and schedule using the "BOOK NOW" link located under the "Piercing" section.

In order to schedule an appointment, you must use the online booking system as I will not be scheduling appointments over the phone or social media.

At the time of scheduling your appointment, if you are experiencing COVID-19 symptoms (cough, shortness of breath or difficulty breathing, fever, chills, muscle pain, sore throat, new loss of taste and smell), or if  you have been exposed to someone with suspected or confirmed COVID-19 in the past 14 days, you need to wait to schedule your appointment.

PRICING
We carry a wide selection of jewelry. Pricing is going to depend on the jewelry that you choose. Cost is broken down into two categories, the piercing fee and the jewelry. The piercing fee is $40 for a single, $55 for a double and $15 for each additonal piercing (on the same person in the same sitting). Basic jewelry starts around $33 plus tax and goes up depending on the material, size, setting, design, etc..

IDENTIFICATION REQUIREMENTS
Clients who are at least 18 years or older must provide a valid, non-expired, government issued photo ID for all services, including jewelry installations and removals. We need your ID every time you request any service, even if you have shown it on a prior occasion.
Acceptable forms of ID:
Drivers license
State Issued ID
Temporary drivers license with old license
Passport
Military ID
If you do not have a government issued photo ID, you can bring a current school or work photo ID and your birth certificate.

IDENTIFICATION REQUIREMENTS FOR MINORS
Clients who are under 18 years age must provide a valid, non-expired, government issued photo ID and their BIRTH CERTIFICATE  or guardianship paperwork. All documents must be original or notarized copies of the original. We need these every time you request any service, even if you have shown it on a prior occasion.
Acceptable forms of ID:
Drivers License
State Issued ID
Temporary drivers license card with old license
Passport
If the minor does not have a government issued photo ID, they can bring a current school or work photo ID.

In addition, we will need a valid, non-expired government issued photo ID from the parent or legal guardian to prove they have legal responsibility for the minor. If the name that appears on the parent's ID has changed since the birth certificate or guardianship paperwork was issued, a marriage license or change-of-name form must also be presented. All documents must be original or notarized copies of the original.

We do understand that most children under the age of 15 do not have photo identification. If your child is under the age of 15 and has a photo ID, such as a current school ID, state issued ID or passport, please bring it. Otherwise just their BIRTH CERTIFICATE or guardianship paperwork, and your ID will be fine.

If you have any questions about acceptable IDs, please give us a call before you make the trip.

PIERCING FOR MINORS
We offer earlobe piercing services for children age 5 and up. We offer nostril, navel and ear cartilage piercings on minors at least 15 years of age with consent from a parent or legal guardian.

We want to provide your child with a clean and safe piercing, while making the experience as easy as possible. At the beginning of the appointment, the piercer will discuss the procedure with the parent and child. If the piercer feels the child is not ready for the responsibility of the piercing, the piercer may decline to perform the procedure. Likewise, if the piercer feels it is not in the child’s best interest to continue once started, we may stop and suggest that the child come back at a later date. Earlobe piercing appointments will have an extra 10 minutes to give your child time to get ready to be pierced. If your child does not allow the piercer to pierce them in that timeframe, they will have to stop the procedure to keep their scheduled appointments on time. We ask that the accompanying parent or legal guardian respect our decision.

The accompanying parent or legal guardian will be required to be in the room during the procedure.

No swimming in a pool for at least two months and no other bodies of water until your piercings are healed.

SPORTS, DANCE, CHEERLEADING, ETC.
All jewelry needs to stay in until the piercing(s) are fully healed. Retainers are only a viable option for temporary use such as a medical procedure. We recommend waiting until the season and/or practice is over.

EATING
We request that all clients have eaten a meal within four hours prior to any service because this helps lessen the risk of becoming nauseous or faint. If you haven’t eaten before coming in to get pierced, we will probably send you out to get food.

UNDER THE INFLUENCE
We require all clients be sober and drug-free for any piercing service. We refuse to offer any of our services to anyone impaired by alcohol or drugs.

BE FLEXIBLE
Not all piercings work for everybody. If we feel the piercing you are requesting won’t work for you, we won’t do the procedure. We don’t like to turn away clients, but please understand we want you to leave the studio with a healthy piercing that has a good chance of healing.

CANCELLATION POLICY
If you need to reschedule or cancel your appointment, you must do so at least 48 hours beforehand. If you fail to reschedule or cancel at least 48 hours beforehand, you no call, no show or you fail to read the “What to Know” section  and can’t follow through the day of your appointment, you will be charged a $30 cancellation fee for piercing and a $10 cancellation fee for jewelry purchases, troubleshooting and consultation appointments.

Please be on time. If you are more than five minutes late we may request that you reschedule your appointment for another day (cancellation policy applies).

Please be aware we reserve the right to refuse service for any reason.

By booking an appointment, you agree to these Terms and Conditions.
